We hope this newsletter finds you well as we usher in the beautiful month of October.

With the crisp autumn air and vibrant fall colors, there’s plenty to look forward to this month at Belmont Park Bridge, Alpharetta, GA! We’ve got some exciting events and treats in store for you:

Count the corn

Guess the Candy Corn

Are you good at guessing the numbers of things? Starting today, come by the office and enter your guess on how many pieces of candy corn are in the jar and win a sweet surprise!

Pumpkin carving contest

Annual Pumpkin Carving Contest

It’s always fun at Belmont Park Bridge with our pumpkin carving contest! Show off your carving skills and create spooktacular masterpieces. Some lucky folks will win a 1st, 2nd, or 3rd prize for overall creativity and imagination! It could be you!

Trick or Treat

Be sure to come by the Belmont Park Bridge office on Halloween, Tuesday, October 31, from 4:30 to 6 PM for candy and photos. We can’t wait to see you!

 

Alpharetta Happenings

  • Friday, October 6 – Avalon Nights Live 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM. Enjoy an evening of live music with friends and family. More Info
  • Saturday, October 7 – Farmers Market from 8:30 AM – 12:30 PM. More Info
  • Saturday, October 7 – Family Day at the Alpharetta Art Center from 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM. Enjoy the day with family and friends. Free activities for kids and adults. More Info
  • Saturday, October 21 – Alpharetta Pop Fest from 3:30 – 9:00 PM. It will take place at Brooke Street Park. A free pop fest for family and friends. Outdoor music festival for a fundraiser. More Info
  • Saturday, October 28 – Trick or Treat from 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM: At the Avalon. Join for a morning of fun trick-or-treating for kids of all ages. More Info
  • Sunday, October 29 – Halloween Spooktacular from 5:00 PM – 7:00 PM. It will take place at Flour Power Kids Cooking Studios. Wear costumes for a fun Halloween evening while making cupcakes and pizza from scratch. Call for more information: Phone: (470) 760-6460

 

Belmont Community News and Updates:

Pool Closed for the Season:

The pool is now closed for the season, but we celebrate all the good times we had this summer. We are scheduled to reopen Memorial Day weekend in Spring 2024. In the meantime, enjoy our tennis courts and recently revamped 24-hour fitness center.

Maintenance Corner: Our dedicated maintenance team works hard to ensure your living experience is top-notch. If you have any maintenance requests, please don’t hesitate to contact the office. We’re here to help.

Seasonal Decorations: You might have noticed some delightful fall decorations around the community. We hope they add to the festive atmosphere as we embrace autumn.
