Popsicle Fridays!
Beat the summer heat and cool down with a frozen treat! Join your Belmont Park Bridge team, Kennedy, Thaddeus, Carla, and Sonya, as we continue to enjoy the summer with Popsicles in the leasing office each Friday in July. (14th, 21st, & 28th)
Donuts on Us
Are you craving something sweet and indulgent? We’ve got you covered! Visit the leasing office and enjoy some mouthwatering donuts on Friday, July 28 from 9-11 AM for a delightful treat to start your day!
While noshing on yummy donuts, take a moment to enter to win our “Guess the Eraser” contest for an opportunity to win a backpack filled to the brim with school supplies! All you have to do is visit the leasing office, guess the number of erasers in the jar, and leave your name with your guess with one of us! The resident with the guess closest to the actual number wins!

Breakfast on the Go
We know mornings can be hectic, especially when getting ready for school or work. That’s why we’ll be rolling out a special surprise in the coming weeks.
