Dear Belmont at Park Bridge Residents, As the holiday season dawns upon us, it brings with it a sense of warmth, joy, and togetherness. It’s that wonderful time of the year when laughter fills the air, and the spirit of giving and sharing becomes the centerpiece of our lives. We’re excited about all the holiday festivities happening in Alpharetta and here at home in our Belmont Park Bridge community. Hot Cocoa Bar Remember, on Wednesday, December 6, the leasing team will host an all-day Hot Cocoa Bar in the Belmont business office. Our hot chocolate station will be fully stocked with all your favorite toppings, from marshmallows to whipped cream, ensuring you can create the perfect cup of warmth and sweetness. “Pic” with St. Nick Another Belmont tradition, pictures with Santa, is slated for December 20. The India American Cultural Association, a 53-year-old organization serving the Indian American community in Georgia, and North Point Mall are coming together to celebrate Diwali, the festival of lights, in Alpharetta. The event will continue from 11:00 AM to 9:00 PM inside the mall and include Indian dance, music, yoga presentations, an art exhibition, clothes, jewelry, food, and more. Dear Residents, We hope this newsletter finds you well as we usher in the beautiful month of October. With the crisp autumn air and vibrant fall colors, there’s plenty to look forward to this month at Belmont Park Bridge, Alpharetta, GA! We’ve got some exciting events and treats in store for you: Guess the Candy Corn Are you good at guessing the numbers of things? Starting today, come by the office and enter your guess on how many pieces of candy corn are in the jar and win a sweet surprise! Annual Pumpkin Carving Contest It’s always fun at Belmont Park Bridge with our pumpkin carving contest! Show off your carving skills and create spooktacular masterpieces. Some lucky folks will win a 1st, 2nd, or 3rd prize for overall creativity and imagination! It could be you! Trick or Treat Be sure to come by the Belmont Park Bridge office on Halloween, Tuesday, October 31, from 4:30 to 6 PM for candy and photos. Wear costumes for a fun Halloween evening while making cupcakes and pizza from scratch. We are scheduled to reopen Memorial Day weekend in Spring 2024. In the meantime, enjoy our tennis courts and recently revamped 24-hour fitness center. Maintenance Corner: Our dedicated maintenance team works hard to ensure your living experience is top-notch. If you have any maintenance requests, please don’t hesitate to contact the office. We’re here to help. Seasonal Decorations: You might have noticed some delightful fall decorations around the community. Dear Residents, As the vibrant colors of fall paint our surroundings, and Starbucks launches the season of Pumpkin Latte’s, (smile) we welcome you to the September edition of the Belmont Park Bridge Apartments newsletter. It’s a pleasure to connect with you again and share the exciting events and activities happening in and around our community this month. Back to School Everyone is back in school, and the switch to Ocee Elementary was a great success! Ocee, according to Great Schools.Org, is starting the academic year with test scores of 10/10; this school is far above the state average, suggesting that most students are performing at or above grade level. Wow! Congratulations!   Now, please mark your calendars on what’s happening in our community. Celebrate the Beginning of Fall with a Special Baked Goods Treat. In honor of the arrival of autumn and National Bakers Day (September 23rd), we invite you to join us for a delightful resident function. We have planned a wonderful treat where you can indulge in a variety of delicious pies, cakes, and baked goods sourced from local bakeries. Come and savor the flavors that perfectly capture the essence of the season. National Coffee Day & National Biscotti Day On September 29th, we will celebrate two delectable occasions: National Coffee Day and National Biscotti Day. Drop by the office to enjoy a selection of different coffee blends and the perfect pairing of biscotti. It’s the ideal way to treat your taste buds and embrace the cozy ambiance of the season. Family-Friendly Activities in Alpharetta and Fernbank Science Center: Looking for some exciting family outings this September? Alpharetta offers a range of family-friendly activities. Whether you’re exploring local parks, attending community events, or discovering the beauty of the Fernbank Science Center, there’s something for everyone to enjoy.
