All applicants must demonstrate a combined gross income of at least three (3) times the monthly rent.

The security deposit varies based on credit history, rental history, and background screening.
      • Classic units: $300 up to one month of rent
      • Renovated units: $500 up to one month of rent

The rental amount reflects base rent only. Utilities and other services are not included in the rent.

Not all units include a washer and dryer.
For units that do not have them, residents may add a washer and dryer for an additional $45 per month. Units that already include them do not pay this fee.

The schools zoned for our community are:
      • Ocee Elementary School
      • Webb Bridge Middle School
      • Alpharetta High School

The school bus does come inside the community for student pick-up and drop-off.

A 60-day written notice is always required, whether you are completing your lease term or terminating early.

If a resident breaks their lease early, an early termination fee equal to one month of rent will apply.

Our community is not gated, but we do have an Alpharetta PD officer who also serves as our Courtesy Officer.

      • One-bedroom apartments: Maximum of 2 occupants
      • Two-bedroom apartments: Maximum of 4 occupants

All occupants count regardless of age.

We allow dogs, and cats.

Yes. The following breeds are restricted:
      • Pit Bulls / Staffordshire Terriers
      • Doberman Pinschers
      • Chow Chows
      • Rottweilers
      • Presa Canarios
      • German Shepherds

Our community is conveniently located near several grocery stores and restaurants including:
      • Publix
      • Walmart
      • Costco
      • Kroger
      • Aldi

Nearby restaurants include options such as La Abuela and Simon’s.

We are also located 9 minutes from Downtown Alpharetta and 5 minutes from Avalon, which offers many dining and shopping options.

Quiet hours are observed daily from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.

No, we do not offer valet trash service. Residents are required to dispose of their trash in the community compactor.

No. Subleasing is not permitted under the lease agreement.

We do not have a resident hall for private events. However, residents can enjoy our pool area and grill areas.
